The empowerment church is a bible-based, spirit-filled, non-denominational church that the Lord had entrusted Pastor's Earnest and Cicely Morgan with, the Empowerment church was founded in Frisco, Texas on April 5, 2017, and the first public worship service was held May 21, 2017, at the  Dallas / Plano Marriott hotel at the legacy center in Plano, Tx.

 

Since the inception of the church, the ministry has experienced enormous amounts of increase in many key areas, this has allowed the empowerment church known for its love and compassion for hurting people in need.
