Lady Cicely Morgan is Co-Founder of The Empowerment Church in Frisco, Texas

 

 Cicely is passionate about leading both men and women to mature in their understanding of who God is and to know how much he desires them to live a purpose-driven life.

 

As a God-fearing woman of faith, she encourages the women at The Empowerment Church and beyond the walls of the church to live a life dedicated to serving Jesus Christ.

 

Cicely and Pastor Earnest B. Morgan have been married for 23 Years, they have been blessed with a Son, Tyler B. and a daughter, Taylor Elisabeth Morgan.

 

 Cicely's fulfillment in life is serving others, she holds a Degree in Cosmetology from Creations School of Cosmetology in Tupelo, Mississippi and is a Licensed Nail Technician from Vaughn's Beauty college in Aberdeen, Mississippi, Cicely also have studied,  Pastoral Leadership at Christ For The Nations Bible College in Dallas, Texas.

 

Lady Cicely and family reside in Frisco, Texas
